This painting is painted on Yupo paper with acrylic ink, acrylic paint and gouache. It depicts a faceless couple as they begin their lives together. They only have eyes for one another as they begin their wedding dance.
About Deborah Nell
I have been painting on and off since the age of eight. I'm a native of Southern California and moved to Pennsylvania in 1998. I obtained my B.A. in Design from UCLA in 1981. I'm an intuitive painter and I work primarily on Yupo paper (a slick, synthetic paper which lends itself to much experimentaion) with acrylic inks, watercolor and acrylic paint. I see my painting process as an act of worshipping God. I don't know what I'm going to paint when I start, but I trust God to guide me.
