This is painting #17 in a series of 30 acrylic pour paintings in 30 Days for 2018. In this painting the king's robe is full of color and the train of his robe has layers of color and even people attached at the ends. He carries the responsibility of the people on his shoulders.
I have been painting on and off since the age of eight. I'm a native of Southern California and moved to Pennsylvania in 1998. I obtained my B.A. in Design from UCLA in 1981. I'm an intuitive painter and I work primarily on Yupo paper (a slick, synthetic paper which lends itself to much experimentaion) with acrylic inks, watercolor and acrylic paint. I see my painting process as an act of worshipping God. I don't know what I'm going to paint when I start, but I trust God to guide me.
